Preschools in Norra Land

We are currently looking for you who, with commitment and a sense of responsibility, want to work as an hourly substitute in our preschools in the northern part of Västervik Municipality.

Your Tasks

As a substitute, your task is to provide the children at the preschools with a safe and stimulating environment and to support the regular staff in their daily work. You may be a student, have another part-time job, or be at a stage in life where you are looking for a new job. The most important thing for us is that you are willing to step in at short notice when we need you and that you are curious about our operations.

You will get to work at different units and be part of different work teams. It is a varied, fun, and exciting assignment where you get the opportunity to work with experienced and skilled educators.

Substitute positions can range from 4 hours up to full-time for shorter periods. Sometimes substitutes are needed at short notice, which means that having a driver's license and access to your own car can be an advantage.

Your Competence

You must be at least 18 years old; we prefer that you have education and/or work experience within school or preschool. We expect you to work from a holistic view of the child/student with respect for their individual needs.

It is important to us that you:

• have a positive attitude
• are considerate and care that the children are well
• are responsible regarding both your tasks and relationships with children and colleagues
• are empathetic and genuinely care about other people
• are communicative and find it easy to both make yourself understood and understand others, regardless of age
• are respectful and value every person's integrity

Having a smile and a laugh close at hand is, of course, always a plus!

The most important thing is that you have the personal qualities we seek to be able to help children in their daily lives in the best way.

Being able to make yourself understood and understand others is important in these operations. Therefore, you need good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.
